Premier Salon Dolce Vita seeking customer Experience Representative to join the team
Dolce Vita Salon and Nail Spa, the premier salon located between two great communities of Newport Hills and Newcastle, is inviting a part-time Customer Experience Representative to join our team.
As the Customer Experience Representative you will be an integral part of the management team & your leadership will set the tone for ensuring that our clients will always be “Raving Fans” of Dolce Vita Salon. We are looking for a strong individual who wants to deliver a “10” consistently in customer service and is dedicated to making an impact on the continued growth of Dolce Vita Salon. Our vision for this position is that it becomes full-time with more leadership responsibilities as our business continues to expand.

•Appointment scheduling/confirming appointments & front desk reception
•Greet and check-in/check-out all clients
•Finalizing all clients purchases and sales
•Opening and closing procedures
•Merchandising and selling retail
•Computer data entry/client info/working cash drawer and sales reports
•Housekeeping, product inventory, laundry
•Maintaining reception and retail area
•Willingness to perform other duties and projects that are requested by management
•Service industry experience (e.g. salon/spa or restaurant host/hostess)
•Friendly phone demeanor and professional appearance
•Energetic, friendly, outgoing personality
•Comfortable using computer-based booking software (Millennium)
•Knowledge of social media
•Schedule will be Wednesday, Friday (10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.) & Saturday from 8:30 a.m. — 5:30 p.m. (must be flexible to stay later if needed)
•Hourly rate: $10.00/hour
•10% commission on retail sales
•Discounted and/or free employee services (hair, nail, skin care, lashes)
